A nice clean miniture speciman of smoky quartz from this closed locality. A lot of crystals from here had their terminations broken off from previous ground movements and had a coating of white clay that contained a lot of silica and was impossible to get off. This one is pretty clean compared to a lot of others. This deposit has been mined for specimans twice over the years and the last time was backfilled and rehabilitated according to mining law. only available from old collections.
