These fossils from the shale above the coal seams at Leigh Creek always seem to have a little damage and be a little scruffy looking. I am not sure of the exact species. There was also a lot of fossil plant leaves from this mine as well. This came with an old collection we bought from a retired miner. who used to live at Leigh Creek. The label that was in the collection stated that it was from Lobe B , (which was a coal orebody) Leigh Creek Coalmine and was collected in 1977.  So this speciman is nearly 50 years old.  Not readily available thesedays.
